Introduction

Well-being coaching uses the Chopra Coaching Method which draws from best practices in life and health coaching methodology, neuroscience, positive psychology, and Deepak Chopra’s life’s work.

It combines proven personalized Ayurvedic practices to support your health and well-being, as well as knowledge and guidance based on your individual needs- often including needs you haven’t yet identified.

Well-being coaching will help you navigate forward through the phases of change to help you stablish your new identity rather than regressing into the old one.

The ideal 12 session package is designed to produce incredible results for any client who is committed to creating more health, well-being, balance an and joy in their lives.
